Druids of Krell is my first scenario for Blades of Avernum, and takes place in an area known as Plionth Vallis. The party must hunt down the missing leader of the Order of Krell in order to prevent an invasion of lizards and drakes. Anything else, and I'd be giving away the plot, so go play it for yourself. The scenario is intended for parties level 20-30, but there's relatively little combat in the scenario. And if it looks rushed, it's because most of it was rushed in order to be entered in the previous Scenario Contest, and it took me a while to get everything fixed.

Q: What does Oakleaf mean by "spread goodwill"?
A: You may have missed the message after that cutscene, but here's the gist of it: go to Relias, Orrin, Slomar, Fort Ouranil, and Liam's Trading Post (so really, all of the towns except the Temple and Sanctum), and do the quests people tell you to do.

Orrin: Go kill a drake in the Order Preserve
Slomar: Kill the lizards when you walk in
Liam's TP: save Liam from lizards
Fort Ouranil: just talk to Kindaro
Relias: talk to Mayor Maler, then kill lizards just north of town (in the mines)

Q: Where's the combat?
A: Just watch the cutscenes and enjoy the show.

Q: Where is the Sanctum?
A: Walk around the eastern edge of the valley, and go to the top of the really big hill. You should've read the special encounter...

Q: What happens after Kharprev dies and his army arrives in the valley?
A: Sequel in the works. I promise it'll be better than this, because I won't have to rush at all. For the moment, just assume whatever you want.

Q: I KEEP DYING! What should I do?
A: Well, I heavily recommend Slow and Radiant Shield. Also, you're probably dead if you can't Mass Heal. Just take a deep breath and look at the problem again.

Q: Why is the ending different from the last time I played it?
A: Simply put, I had to rush the initial version to get it into the contest, and I took a while changing it to make it better. And, if you played earlier versions, you'll notice that the dragon's name changed. Kharprev, and if anyone's offended, I apologize. This name was pretty much taken at random out of the Ks in a dictionary (modified to sound cooler).
