You can visit Gnass if you wish or skip it alltogether. I suggest visiting since some of the pertenant storyline is found there. The altar in the SW corner heals you fully when you pray at it. Dossor sells slith spears, Malcess identifies and buys your items as well as sells you a special ability of Power Restoration for 500 gold,Tehcheera will give you information about your mission, and Eces sells you level 5 & 6 priest spells at average prices, and sends you on a side quest. Ask him of 'priest' and 'easy'. He will send you north to sanctify an evil altar. Return for a reward of the special ability Holy Sanctuary.
The side quest can be found through the cave wall at outside location x116, y123. The doors to the hidden crypt open at timed intervals for only one turn so carefully pause while standing right next to the doors. You can kill the monsters through the gates while you're waiting to be let in. You may explore the dungeon if you want. There are a few spirits and zombies to kill or you could just go to the top middle chamber, kill the skeletens there and read the instructions on either side of the door to the portal. The rubys are in the barrel at: the third door down on the left two squares in, in the middle spuare of the horizontal corridor lined up with the left wall of the upper and lower chambers, in the room with the runes three squares to the right of the rug, and in the room above the portal on the right in the square south of the chest. You can also get the special ability Call Spirit from the chest in the room on the left side. Now that you have all gems put them on the four runes and you will be let in to the portal. Prepare yourself for battle before you enter. Kill all monsters and sanctify the altar then return to Eces for your reward. You will recieve the special ability Absorb Wind when you kill the Lich.
Enter the Slith Fort from the east for the smoothest storyline. After finding the gates closed circle the fort by heading north. Along the south wall find a secret entrance to one of the forts cells at x29, y41. Go into the cell and try the door, then hide in the bed and wait. When the doors open go right into combat mode and kill all the sliths in the fort. When you are done look at the desk of the Chieften to get a key then go to the most NWern room to claim a prize. The special ability Call Beast is in the top chest.
In the Blockade kill all the sliths and pull all the levers.
If you're running low on food you can find 100 and a slith spear through the cave wall at outdoor x102, y98. Be prepared to battle some sliths.
At the tower you can walk through the wall at x7, y9 to get a spear out of the chest. Shoot the lever through the window to open up the gate then talk to the Crystal Warrior. 'slit', 'exil', 'tech', 'heat' to buy special ability Heat Ray for 1000, 'inne' to buy special ability Inner Might for 1000, 'join', and 'acce' to have him meet you at the final battle. Head back for Fort Emerald.
Listen to the dialogue then head for the docks. Go to the end of the docks and press 'yes'. Watch and wait. Kill the sliths in the Slith Castle(or don't). You can find special ability Shielding Glow in the NE corner through the cave wall. When done killing go east on the southernmost path and climb the stairs. Kill the sliths in the hallway. Rest and prepare for major battle before going through the open gates. Kill th e shielding crystals first then kill Sss-Thasss. Pick up any items you want to keep then go towards the emerald to the north. Congradulations. THE END.
